BUSINESS BRANDING AND DESIGN - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Dolly and Moo (ABN 91522472994). By submitting an enquiry or placing an order for business branding and design, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

General Terms

  • By submitting an enquiry or commissioning business design services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse work that does not align with our values or expertise.

  • With your permission, your project may be shared on our portfolio and social media.

Payment

  • All payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • An invoice will be issued and payable via debit/credit card.

  • A 25% deposit is required to begin work.

  • Final payment is due prior to delivery of all final assets.

  • Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Process & Delivery

  • Project timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon in your contract.

  • You receive initial concepts for review. Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are charged hourly.

  • Timely feedback is essential to meet deadlines.

  • Final files are delivered digitally upon full payment.

  • No changes can be made after final delivery without an additional agreement.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of Dolly and Moo until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, usage rights are granted as specified in your contract.

  • Unauthorised commercial use, resale, or alteration without permission is prohibited.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation after work has commenced forfeits the deposit.

  • No refunds will be given once final deliverables have been issued.

Liability

  • Dolly and Moo is not liable for any losses arising from the use of delivered designs.

  • We do not guarantee outcomes based on branding, such as sales or growth.

Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled as per our Privacy Policy and used only for project communication and marketing if opted in.

Policy Changes

  • Terms and pricing may be updated by Dolly and Moo without prior notice.
