WEDDINGS AND EVENTS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Dolly and Moo (ABN 91522472994). By submitting an enquiry or placing an order for event stationery and signage design, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
General Terms
By submitting a Weddings and Events Design Enquiry Form, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
With your permission, your design journey and final stationery may be featured on our social media channels.
Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Dolly and Moo.
We reserve the right to decline any order that does not align with our company values.
Designs created by Dolly and Moo are for private use only. Commercial use requires prior written approval via hello@dollyandmoo.com.au.
Payment
All payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment is accepted via invoice, payable by debit or credit card.
A 25% deposit is required to commence design work.
The remaining balance is due upon final design approval before printing and production begins.
A flat fee for printing, postage, and handling applies to all orders.
Process & Delivery
You complete the enquiry form to start.
We provide a detailed quote for your review.
Turnaround times will be discussed based on our availability and your deadlines.
Upon quote acceptance, a 25% deposit and signed design contract are required to proceed.
Concept designs are created, followed by drafts for your approval. Two rounds of revisions are included; additional edits incur extra costs.
Once final drafts are approved, the remaining balance is due.
Printing and production begin after full payment. No changes can be made once printing starts.
All items will be shipped to the address you specify.
Copyright & Usage
Eloise Martyn (the artist) retains copyright of all artwork. Dolly and Moo reserves the right to use the artwork for promotional and marketing purposes across any platform.
You may:
Use the commissioned designs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.
Use the artwork for your own social media and marketing materials.
Prohibited actions include:
Commercial reproduction or resale without consent.
Claiming the artwork as your own original creation.
Altering the artwork without prior approval.
Customer Satisfaction
You may request changes during the design process but not after final approval and delivery.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly with photographic evidence.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but please note the following:
Refunds will not be issued if:
You cancel your order after payment has been made.
You change your mind once design work has begun.
Your stationery has already been digitally delivered.
Your stationery has been printed and/or shipped.
You claim damage but are unable to provide clear photographic evidence.
You are entitled to a full refund if:
We are unable to start or complete your order.
We cannot meet the agreed delivery timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances.
Important note:
If you cancel after drafts have been delivered, but before printing has commenced, your 25% deposit remains non-refundable, and an exit fee of 50% of the remaining balance will apply, as outlined in your contract.
Damaged or Missing Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, send clear photos to hello@dollyandmoo.com.au. We will offer re-sending or tracking solutions.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for order processing and marketing if you opt-in. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Policy Changes
Dolly and Moo reserves the right to amend pricing, terms, and policies at any time.
